1Introduction & Definitions

8Account Closure & Suspension

News24bd may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If a discrepancy is found in your information during KYC verification.
• Suspicious or unusual financial activity.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• By order of a court or government authority.

Members may also close their account at any time upon request. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 5 business days; however, bonus balances are non-refundable.
